Kaviyoor Ponnamma

Kaviyoor Ponnamma is a Malayalam film actress. She won the Kerala State Award for Best Supporting Actress in 1971, 1972, 1973 and 1994. Kaviyoor Ponnamma has a career spanning more than four decades. Although her first film was `Sreerama Pattabhishekam,' in which she played Mandodari, it was with `Kudumbini,' her second, that she was noticed.Her best performance was in Padmarajan's `Thinkalazhcha Nalla Divasam,' in which she played the central character.
